Act as subject matter expert when providing level 1 and 2 support for Crestron Meeting room and video conferencing related issues-Set up of pre-sets for townhall rooms and executive board rooms-Work with vendors to provide level 2/3 support for escalated issues-Monitor and provide support for Microsoft Teams live events-Be responsible for implementing and updating Crestron policies and/or pre-sets-Take ownership of all equipment and meeting rooms throughout the LCBO headquarters-Train users on how to use the Crestron/Teams conference rooms.
