ABOUT LEYLA BAHMANY
Dr Leyla Bahmany is a lecturer at the Université de Montréal, where she teaches and conducts research on international arbitration law (both investment and commercial). She also acts as Tribunal Secretary to Professor Fabien Gélinas Ad E (Sir William C McDonald Chair at McGill Law and former Chair of the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee), assisting him with his arbitral work. A member of the New York State Bar, Dr Bahmany previously worked at two prominent international law firms in Paris and Dubai.
