   Built and iterated a Microsoft Copilot agent to extract insights from 130+ UN Annual Results Reports, enabling cross-country synthesis for policy analysis, data storytelling, and strategic decision-making. • Developed a Python RAG-based media sensing tool (Azure AI) in collaboration with multiple UN country teams, analysing global discourse. Applied topic modelling and lexicon-based sentiment analysis to identify narratives on development priorities and perceptions of the UN, deployed via Streamlit for country-level monitoring.• Integrated AI-generated insights into UNINFO and SharePoint workflows, developing documentation and guidance to support cross-country reporting and knowledge sharing.• Developed training materials for the UN 2.0 Data-Communications Leadership Retreat in Bangkok on data storytelling, behavioural insights, and strategic communications.• Supported the conceptualisation of the UN’s “Five Years for” campaign, contributing to strategic framing and communications efforts toward accelerating progress on the 2030 Agenda.
