the KIND Category Manager will be responsible for implementing our category vision & perfect store/screen strategy in our Online, Impulse, Convenience & High Street customers through reporting, range reviews, planograms, investigating & answering key hypotheses• Create and own a suite of category reports – harmonizing data across multiple sources – to build a visible self-serve repository of data and insights for use across all levels of the organisation• Be the “voice of the category” in the KIND business, sharing weekly, periodic and quarterly updates looking at performance of the category, our key customers, KIND and the competition and how we are delivering against our Perfect Store metrics• Manage the day-to-day relationship with data providers and be the functional expert in setting the KIND business up for success with data (e.g. creating, managing and maintaining SKU and brand attributes within bespoke retailer datasets such as Dunnhumby, SIP, Quantium, as well as with Nielsen, IRI and Kantar)• Own the induction for new starters and upskilling of existing associates for accessing data and building reports (e.g. in Nielsen, IRI, Dunnhumby etc.)• Play a key role with the Sales team, managing reporting for NAMs who manage High Street, Impulse, Convenience, Travel and Online customers
