Named by Forbes 30 Under 30 in Tech, Crain\'s Business 40 Under 40, Crain\'s Notable Women in Tech, and LinkedIn\'s Next Wave as a Top Professional Under 35, Lexie is the Director, Global Head of Product Partnerships & Growth at Meta (formerly Facebook), where she leads product development, go-to-market, growth, and monetization across Meta\'s partner ecosystem on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & Messenger globally.She previously served as the head of IBM’s startup ecosystem, leading the company’s global startup business in over 120 cities and driving digital transformation to bring emerging technologies to startups and early stage companies across the world. She also served on the founding team at IBM\'s first Digital Innovation Lab, which incubated new digital businesses integrating AI and led strategic partnerships for the developer ecosystem.Prior to joining IBM, Lexie created the Clinton Foundation’s first program focused on leveraging technology and innovation for social impact & healthcare, and prior to that, worked for Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. Lexie graduated with honors from Northwestern University and served as a Fulbright Fellow in Mexico City with the U.S. State Department. She serves as a Council on Foreign Relations Term Member.Lexie co-led Women@MetaNY and co-founded the Women at IBM ERG group, and serves on the Board of Advisers for Open Style Lab, a non-profit in partnership with Parsons School of Design and MIT, which focuses on creating accessible solutions in design & technology for people with disabilities. She is also an active angel investor in Seed and Series A companies.
