About Lexie Hull
I began my career as a technical consultant at Microsoft, helping to customize out-of-the-box enterprise software to improve clients\' workflows and processes. In that role, I practiced combining essential consulting skills — presenting, asking good questions, being empathetic — with my technical knowledge, and became passionate about taking a human-centric approach to software design and development. I brought my interests and background to Viget (a digital product agency), where I cultivated long-term partnerships with startup and non-profit clients and helped Viget attract, hire, and retain the talented folks that bring ground-breaking products and platforms to life. After a brief hiatus working in the craft beer and wine industry, I\'m back at Viget. In my role as Director of Talent Strategy, I get to leverage my recruiting and business development experience to find, support, and cultivate lasting relationships with our network of freelancers and partners to better serve our clients.
