ABOUT LEXI RAU

I’m a dedicated and mission-focused Security Specialist with 8 years of experience in the United States Air Force. Throughout my military career, I served in several high-responsibility roles including Flight Security Controller, Unit Security Manager, and Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Commander Support Staff. I’ve led teams, managed personnel programs for over 250 members, and ensured the protection of sensitive operations and assets. With an active Secret clearance and a strong background in physical security, access control, and emergency response, I bring discipline, leadership, and adaptability to every challenge I face.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Liberty University, which has given me a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and organizational strategy. This education complements my hands-on military experience and enhances my ability to manage people, processes, and security protocols in high-stakes environments. My academic background supports my transition into civilian roles where I can combine professional structure with strategic thinking.Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends. I’m passionate about personal growth and am always looking for ways to challenge myself professionally and personally. As I transition from military service, my goal is to bring my skills to a mission-driven civilian organization where I can continue to make a meaningful impact, grow as a leader, and contribute to something greater than myself.
