Upon becoming president, Lexi initiated FAULHABER joining 1% for the Planet, committing 1% of sales to not-for-profit organizations in the environmental space. Lexi also created formal EDI commitments to address the imbalance in the communications industry, including having a team and external partners that are at least 25% people that identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ2+.
