As a member of the Ticketing and Compliance team for the Chicago Sky, I help oversee the processing and fulfillment of ticket sales orders and requests, ensuring operational efficiency and a high standard of customer service. Data analytics is one of my top skills, and I apply it to uncover insights, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the department. I manage and maintain accurate records across Ticketmaster/Archtics and Salesforce (CRM), supporting data integrity and enabling seamless cross-platform operations. Leveraging analytics, I regularly assess ticketing trends, customer behaviors, and sales performance to inform strategy and enhance workflows. I collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to drive alignment and improve overall team performance. On game days, I am dedicated to delivering an exceptional client and fan experience, while also taking initiative on special projects and departmental priorities as needed to contribute to the success of the Ticketing Department.
