I’m honored to have been part of the pre-opening team and now proudly serve as the Regent Experience Manager at Regent Santa Monica Beach — the flagship Regent property in the Americas, which officially opened its doors in late 2024.From pre-opening to grand opening, I’ve had the privilege of shaping and leading the guest experience journey, delivering bespoke, five-star service from pre-arrival through post-departure. I oversee a passionate Front Office team and serve as a dedicated point of contact for VIP and Established Guests, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments to create memorable, personalized stays.With a focus on Forbes Five-Star service excellence, my mission is to uphold and elevate the luxury hospitality standard while contributing to the continued success and iconic presence of Regent Santa Monica Beach.
