Program and product engineering manager with more than 10 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry in the areas of new product introduction (NPI), product sustaining, and military/aerospace PEM qualification and test.In-depth knowledge of IC semiconductor manufacturing flow from fab, trim and probe, assembly, final test, and finished goods. Experienced in 1st silicon evaluation, characterization, product qualification, reliability, failure analysis, and product launch. As a program manager, I\'ve organized and managed high-performing global, cross-functional engineering teams who have consistently delivered new products into automotive, industrial, and consumer marketplaces.
