Leveraging the strengths of Deluxe\'s great people, world class products and customized solutions I lead teams of project focused cross-functional specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences with a disciplined customer centric approach.Led cross-functional teams to deliver large, complex, unique, systems and services projects to bring new logo, very large, top tier Financial Institution (FI) clients on board and activate long term revenue streams. • Led on time, under budget project to implement $13M, five-year contract for SaaS RDC with end users for major $1.2T international FI through a 9600-hour discovery, 2-year, custom development, dedicated multi-environment system through phased implementation.• Delivered on time|budget project to implement $9M, five-year SaaS Outsource Services contract with 6,500 end users for $2T FI with 7700-hour, 18-month project w significant customizations while leading separate project to stand up new multi-tenant environment so this client would be the first tenant. • Implemented on time|budget 1400-hour project, for $8.4M, five-year RDC contract for $100B FI including highly customized Data Warehouse feed and add on customer migration post go live phase.• Closed deals with sales teams, negotiated SOWs, provided pre-sales credibility by educating clients on project implementation plans, resulting in multi-million-dollar deals with strong customer satisfaction.• Many more project successes
