Working as the Digital Solutions Manager, I\'m excited to lead the design, integration, and delivery of enterprise-scale digital platforms that support complex, multi-site operations, particularly within the Defence sector. I manage digital systems that are strategically aligned, securely integrated, and optimised for performance, but most importantly, have an exceptional user experience.My role is to own the end-to-end digital roadmap for Defence, from solution architecture, build, design and deployment planning with stakeholder engagement, training, and continuous improvement.Collaborating across operations, technology, and security teams, I drive the implementation of scalable, cyber-resilient digital ecosystems built to deliver measurable service value.Architecting a Defence-compliant digital ecosystem, connecting ordering kiosks, mobile apps, analytics tools, AI & RAG based LMM\'s, and workflow systems using secure APIs, identity access management, and integration frameworks.Designing RESTful APIs, middleware and real-time data integrations across internal and external platforms, enabling seamless communication between front-end and operational systems.Applying Defence security and compliance standards (e.g, JSP 604, NCSC cloud principles) to digital architecture, ensuring secure-by-design deployment and platform hardening.Embedding AI and machine learning within analytics platforms to automate insights, improve operational forecasting, and optimise digital service delivery.Developing and delivering digital “proof points”, including compliance dashboards, audit trails, and performance metrics to support Defence bids and validate platform value.Managing enterprise reporting via Power BI and custom APIs, providing real-time visibility into platform adoption, operational performance, and security compliance across Defence sites.
