Pinpoint is a professional Magento ecommerce agency focused on delivering enterprise-level online stores to ambitious, growing merchants. Our core services are focused around Magento development, Magento support, SEO, paid advertising and overall digital strategy. My role as Managing Director requires me to overlook the delivery of all of our projects, ensure that the business can scale, manage the team, work on new business / sales, retain strong relationships with key clients and define the overall Pinpoint strategy. I also tend to architect our larger Magento projects and am heavily involved in the discovery phases for all our design and build projects.
ABOUT LEWIS SELLERS
I’m an experienced ecommerce professional with nearly 15 years’ experience in building and architecting online retail stores. I initially started out merchant-side, when I founded a company that sold sky lanterns online, which I eventually grew into a successful retail business supplying the likes of Amazon, Lakeland and Fenwick. Night Sky Lanterns was intended to be a lean, pure-play ecommerce business, but we later introduced an offline retail store in Harrogate, which was where we were headquartered. I sold the Night Sky business in 2010, after deciding to start an ecommerce agency, developing Magento stores (based on previous experience with Magento). Pinpoint initially started out providing small Magento Community stores to local retail businesses, but grew quickly and started working with larger businesses quickly. Today, we have a team of 17 people and work with a host of £10m+ turnover businesses across both Magento Community and Enterprise. Pinpoint service clients of all shapes and sizes from all over the world. In addition to Magento design and build and support services, Pinpoint also provide digital consulting and execution services, with a particular focus on search marketing.
