Work with all CTDI warehouses on all code upgrades for the staging process for all Charter Code upgrades. Ensure CTDI is setup with correct STB code for all Charter launches. Ensure work is coordinated with CTDI to meet Charters strict deadlines. Propose and deploy metrics-driven tactical process changes to reduce avoidable outages and streamline processes. Lead Operations managers for all cross-functional and strategic initiatives between Charter and CTDI. Exceptional and demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key teams and leadership within Charter and CTDI. Drives development and adoption of projects with Charter and CTDI teams, and executive management, consolidating the needs of the projects into a cohesive and operable plan. Day to day duties include: Develop new project requirements, manage priorities, develop formalized project plans, execute and control deployment phases, mange procurement and logistics of required hardware/software/professional services/contractors, close completed efforts, report directly to executive leadership on status and escalations. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS Collapsed TWC, Charter and BHN Warehouses into 7 Super warehouses and 5 regional warehouses. Organized CTDI onto latest headend peripherals and software to match Charter. awarded for exceptional ability to manage and deliver on highly complex, cross-functional projects in an ever-changing procedural and priority environment
