I joined Evidenced to help companies run fairer, more consistent interviews, and build tech that hiring teams really love. I’m proud to head up Evidenced’s award winning support team as well, working directly with our customers to make our product ideal for TA, HR and OD. Previously I was CTO at Trail where I lead the tech team and owned the architectural roadmap. I\'m also ex-Amazon and Microsoft, where I worked in a number of teams on Xbox and multi-platform video apps. My degree is in Computer Games Programming - I still like to play and make games when I can!
