Digital Project Manager for the Outpatients Project of the IHR (Integrated Health Record) Programme.I am responsible for the successful implementation of TPP\'s SystmOne solution and general digitisation in Outpatients for Airedale Foundation Trust. This complex multi-workstream project involves introducing change in a sometimes challenging environment and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.The workstreams include- Tasks - messaging about the patient within the patient record- Enabling digital input of Outpatient consultation annotations- A new improved Clinic Letter Workflow negating the need for printing- Reducing the delivery of paper patient records to Outpatient clinics- Visualisations - creating a singular page displaying key patient information to clinicians in Outpatients- Making blood test requests electronic- Electronic triaging of referrals (inc. fast track)
