Team & People Management • Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, supporting their career growth, performance, and development. • Conduct regular 1:1s, set objectives, provide feedback, and create development plans tailored to each engineer’s goals. • Foster a strong engineering culture focused on collaboration, ownership, and high standards. • Partner with Product, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to align team priorities with business objectives. Recent Highlights • Maintained technical ownership while scaling the team’s capacity to deliver major features, including new funding source integrations and transaction optimizations. • Balanced hands-on engineering with team leadership, helping deliver against aggressive roadmaps while improving team health and engineering excellence. • Supported succession planning and hiring by growing internal talent and contributing to Curve’s engineering recruitment process.
