Advised senior leaders (including Commanding Generals & Directors of Security) on risk management, security operations, and force protection strategies. Oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets, procurement, and logistics—managing government purchase card (GPC) accounts and unit spend plans. Developed and executed strategic training programs, improving operational readiness and team effectiveness.
