About Emanuel Lewis
I am a Technologist and Strategy Leader who is passionate about guiding the development of people, and developing solutions that create opportunity and advantages which enable those I serve.While I enjoy working with technology, my true passion lies in working with people and using innovative solutions to help them develop, overcome and achieve. I have been able to act on this most recently by designing and developing custom learning portals for our lines of business. This allowed employees to access content within a modernized experience and provided continuity for our workforce when many abruptly needed to convert to a remote work arrangement in 2020. The opportunities to lead a team of developers, serve on the future of learning strategy team and partnerships with IT, have allowed me to directly contribute to people’s success and professional development.I completed a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business in April of 2014. I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Xavier University in 2001. My trainings and certifications include: CompTia A+ 2011, UC Situational Leadership 2010, UC EXCEL 2009 and UC Managerial Assessment of Proficiency (MAP) 2008.
