My journey into recruitment begun in October 2018. After making my first placement in January 2019 I continued to make 34 more placements during that calendar year, averaging just shy of 3 placements per month. As one of the highest performing consultants I was very quickly promoted, culminating in me winning “performer of the year award” I’m a big believer in marginal gains, making small incremental improvements everyday.
