I am an Area/Shift Manager Apprentice at Amazon, currently studying for a Level 6 BSc in Responsible Business Management at the University of Exeter. This programme is equipping me with the skills and knowledge needed to lead teams and manage projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. I am passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture and serve as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) advocate at Amazon. In this role, I organise training sessions, host events, and lead initiatives to promote DEI awareness and engagement across the organisation.My academic background includes a Certificate of Higher Education in Graphic Communication Design from the University of Westminster, Certificate of Higher Education in Operational Management from the University of Exeter, and a Graphic Design Master Diploma from the International Academy of Computer Training. I have also achieved a Level 2 Supply Chain Operative qualification with Business Improvement Techniques from Qualitrain Ltd, providing me with the expertise to enhance operational efficiency.
