Advised the instructional staff on training techniques and delivery methods, while applying research-based principles of learning and motivation to the Navy\'s Systems approach to Training. Reviewed and prepared documentation in preparation for ACE (American Council on Education) reviews, inspections, and evaluations as necessary. Also, conducted analyses to identify or validate training requirements using the ISD approach to training. Work closely with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the design and development to provide feedback on numerous draft lesson plans, training guides, and power points to adjust the content, scope, and sequence.
