ABOUT LEWIS MICHAEL BAIRD

Principal Behavioural Scientist at EZRA Coaching, sitting within the Science team at EZRA Labs - where we build the models, tools and experiences that power our coaching propositions. My role spans thought leadership, product innovation, and strategic input on how behavioural science is applied across coaching, leadership development, and talent strategy. I provide SME on workstreams across core propositions (Cai, EZRAx, Focus, Edge), support high-stakes commercial opportunities, and shape sessions for events and campaigns. I also serve as DEI Lead for EMEA and lead on our podcast series, EZRA Asks. bringing behavioural science into conversations on the future of work.I come from a background in organisational psychology and applied research, with experience across sectors and specialisms - from designing behavioural interventions at scale to exploring human factors in safety-critical environments. I hold an MBA Essentials certification from LSE.I’m interested in where psychology meets performance, and how we use behavioural science not just to understand people, but to help them grow. Ideally with a bit of humour, a lot of rigour, and zero fluff.
