Having Spent more than 25 years working in the financial markets as a proprietary trader and portfolio manager for a Hedge Fund and then a long only UCITS Smart Beta Fund, I have developed a wide range of skills including code writing in VBA, SQL, and R, Backtesting, STP and Developing a FIX engine. I have also contributed to raising assets, developing marketing documents and pitching \"one on one\" or to small groups at conferences and on road shows.I have had extensive experience with quantitative approaches and most recently smart beta but currently working on operational, reporting and data related issues within investor relations at Varenne Capital.
