Currently undertaking a Graduate Apprenticeship programme, gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments at Leidos while studying towards a BA (Hons) in Business Management at the University of Strathclyde Business School. This rotational programme has allowed me to develop a wide range of professional skills, collaborate across teams, and contribute to impactful business initiatives. Rotation 1: Internal Training Development Sep 2023 – Dec 2023 • Designed and developed a new internal training platform, featuring over 300 pages of topic-focused content and instructional videos. • Supported knowledge sharing and upskilling across the organisation through accessible, structured learning materials. Rotation 2: Programme Management/Support Jan 2024 – Nov 2024 • Provided key support to a large-scale programme team, managing scheduling, risk tracking, resource planning, and file organisation. • Liaised directly with the customer and internal stakeholders, facilitating and presenting at weekly programme meetings. • Developed skills in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and process management. Rotation 3: Business Development Nov 2024 – Oct 2025 • Supporting the Civil Business Development team with researching, developing, and contributing to strategic bids. • Gained experience in bid writing, customer engagement, and market research. • Strengthened analytical thinking, written communication, and commercial awareness. Rotation 4: Finance Oct 2025 - Present
