Leading delivery of complex regulatory and business change initiatives within Change, Transformation and IT, working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and third-party vendors to ensure controlled, high-quality outcomes. Delivery Context: Regulatory change, financial services platforms, third-party vendor integration, Agile and hybrid delivery. End-to-End Change Delivery: Accountable for planning and delivering multiple concurrent change outcomes, including high-risk regulatory programmes such as ISO20022, restoring a Red RAG delivery to Green and delivering core regulatory milestones on time. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Acted as the primary delivery lead across business sponsors, IT, Operations, Risk, and external vendors, facilitating workshops, daily delivery forums, sprint reviews, and steering updates to maintain alignment and momentum. Risk, Control & Assurance: Implemented robust delivery governance including RAID management, outcome reporting, runbooks, and release readiness packs, supporting audit, risk oversight, and senior decision-making. Delivery Recovery & Prioritisation: Re-scoped and stabilised stalled initiatives by defining MVPs, sequencing delivery, and managing dependencies, enabling progress where outcomes had previously been blocked by ambiguity or technical complexity. Operational Readiness & BAU Transition: Led UAT coordination, CAB engagement, release planning, and handover into BAU, ensuring changes were adopted smoothly and supported post-implementation. Financial & Delivery Control: Managed delivery plans, forecasts, and resource capacity across concurrent outcomes, ensuring value-led prioritisation and transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.
