I also represent of disinterested and independent directors in conflict of interest transactions, both in transaction committees responsible for negotiating or approving transactions with interested parties and special litigation committees charged with investigating claims of breach of fiduciary duty. On a pro bono basis I represent dependent and neglected children as an attorney guardian ad litem through Delaware\'s Office of the Child Advocate.
