I am passionate about driving business success through employee engagement and HR Projects, support and initiatives that drive business performance. I have led teams, run global Engagement surveys, change and engagement programs globally and nationally, introduced HRIS systems, designed talent management programs and built award winning early careers programs. With 15 years in HR and a previous 5 in law and employee relations background my qualifications, include an LLB Hons, CILEX Level 6 Diploma in Law and Legal Practice and I am working to complete my FCIPD workplace assessment. I have developed a commercial acumen and awareness, with consultative approach to people. I have worked as a trusted partner and advisor to senior leaders at a Board and Executive Level across various industries, from blue chips to start-ups, and delivered people solutions that align with business objectives and KPIs. I enjoy working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, and I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
