I help manufacturing teams understand their processes, fix what isn’t working, and build operations that flow better, produce quality outputs consistently and safely, with processes ready for the future. Over the years I’ve worked across automotive, FMCG, food & beverage and medical device manufacturing, leading projects that improve quality, reduce waste and make day‑to‑day operations easier for the people who run them.My work usually starts with understanding — mapping processes, speaking with operators, reviewing data and uncovering bottlenecks. From there I focus on practical improvements: clearer flow, smarter layout, stronger governance, simpler digital tools and more reliable planning.
