ABOUT LEWIS HENDERSON
2004 graduate of Newcastle University who then spent two years in Madrid (\'04-\'06) as an English teacher where I met my wife, a fellow Brit but with better language skills. After returning to the UK I sort of fell into recruitment (I think we all do?) and began a successful career working in London for 13 years for a PLC, a start up and an SME. During this time I successfully built mutually beneficial relationships with private and public sector companies ranging from SMEs to MNCs. Whilst in the consultancy industry, I worked in individual contributor roles as well as line management positions. I remained in London until June 2019 when I joined Cambridge Consultants as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, being promoted to lead the team as Head of Recruitment in 2021.
