International travel and project management professional working on complex, multi country journeys for ultra-high-net-worth clients.As a Project Manager at Based On A True Story, I help design and deliver narrative-led travel experiences for clients, primarily from the Middle East and the United States. The work combines creative thinking with careful operational planning, coordinating global partners and supporting journeys on the ground to ensure each project operates seamlessly.Whether we are working with some of the world’s most renowned properties or building relationships with communities and guides in the most remote regions, it is the hospitality, trust and attention to detail within those relationships that I value most. These partnerships are what allow ambitious ideas to take shape and exceptional journeys to unfold with care and authenticity. Importantly, true creativity sits at the heart of what we do. It is this combination of steely relationships, creative led thinking and careful execution that truly sets our work apart.My current role spans the full lifecycle of a project, from shaping itineraries and managing logistics to coordinating international partners and supporting clients in destination when they travel.Before joining Based On A True Story, I have worked across UHNW hospitality and property management at Kinross House Estate before moving into project management at the UK destination management company House of Sleigh, where I supported clients travelling across the UK.Based in Edinburgh and working remotely, I divide my time between Edinburgh, London and Mallorca in addition to projects abroad, travelling when required to support journeys worldwide.
