I am a seasoned deal lawyer with a broad range of skills and experience in real estate acquisition, disposition and development transactions as well as full capital stack debt and equity finance for real estate transactions. My strength is understanding, quantifying, translating and mitigating legal risk in the context of my client’s business goals. Based in ArentFox Schiff\'s Washington, DC office, I represent banks, private debt and equity funds, insurance companies, REITs, family-offices and other institutional investors in a wide variety of commercial real estate and infrastructure transactions.
