ABOUT LEWIS DYER
A second year Corporate Finance Analyst, working on M&A transactions in a generalist team. I started my career at PwC, where I completed a school leaver apprenticeship gaining valuable experience and becoming ATT qualified. My time at PwC afforded me excellent exposure to transactions from a Deals Tax perspective and general Corporate Tax advisory work. I transitioned into Deals by joining Ensors Corporate Finance team, focussing on M&A transactions, where I help clients navigate complex financial and strategic decisions. I have been involved in all stages of deal execution, where I have provided thorough analysis and value-driven insights. Utilising my tax background and the skills I have developed in my time within Corporate Finance, I aim to bring a unique perspective to M&A deals, helping clients to understand the transactions from a business, financial and tax perspective.
