In my role I lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate, commercial, engineering, and manufacturing functions, balancing high-volume and strategic hiring needs across multiple countries. I partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape talent strategies, define role requirements, and execute direct sourcing campaigns that build high-quality candidate pipelines. Beyond delivery, I drive process improvement projects, including ATS configuration, global offer letter workflows, and streamlined onboarding touchpoints to ensure operational excellence. I work closely with HR and TA colleagues across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC to embed scalable, data-driven recruitment processes and ensure a consistent candidate and stakeholder experience. My focus extends to recruitment operations, where I support TA strategy, technology optimisation, and cross-regional collaboration to build a more efficient and inclusive hiring framework.
