I have achieved my Level 3 International Freight Forwarding Specialist qualification with a distinction through DHL Global Forwarding, BIFA, and Seetec, further strengthening my expertise in global logistics, international trade compliance, and supply chain operations.As an Import and Export Freight Forwarder, I manage end-to-end export and import movements, overseeing bookings, documentation, customs entries, carrier liaison, and client communication to ensure shipments move efficiently and compliantly. My responsibilities include freight consolidation, coordinating multimodal transport solutions, managing customs procedures, and maintaining full regulatory compliance, while proactively resolving operational challenges to minimise delays and optimise cost-effectiveness.In addition to operational delivery, I contribute commercially by producing competitive quotations, developing and maintaining LCL calculators to support accurate pricing, and closely monitoring LCL utilisation to maximise container efficiency, improve margins, and strengthen overall departmental performance.I am a proactive and commercially aware freight professional with strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. As I continue to build my expertise, I am keen to step into a Team Leader/Supervisory position where I can support team development, drive operational improvements, and play a more strategic role in business growth and performance.
