Engineering Manager for three products & teams. Working on releasing new products to Private & Public Preview as well as maintaining legacy product. I\'ve built self-organizing teams (with dedicated tech leads) to match the project\'s needs. I\'ve also provided guidance and placed requirements during the planning and architectural discussions. During my daily work, I supervise teams and products, ensure teams work great, work with PM, TPM & clients, recruit, handle emergencies, and organize all the necessary work. I am managing 12 engineers.
