I interact with mid to senior levels in client organizations, evaluating the client\'s needs, adjusting the solutions as required or identifying additional areas of support that may needed. I build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure future Korn Ferry Sales and Services business, and identify new opportunities with the client. Additionally, I deliver business and organizational insights, helping clients take action on adoption metrics, find ways to track ROI on business improvements and conduct business reviews with senior management and other stakeholders.
