All of our caregivers are full-time, W-2 employees who have completed extensive training developed by our Director of Nursing. We have Caregiver/CNA\'s, LVN\'s and RN\'s on staff. Boutique Assisted Living Care Homes: Manchester Care Homes currently operates four luxury residential care homes in Dallas. Each home has 8 private suites with ADA-compliant en-suite bathrooms that allows for a 4:1 staff to resident ratio. Manchester provides top quality care in a small, residential environment specifically designed to help our residents feel most comfortable. Our Caregivers are all full time W-2 employees who receive ongoing extensive training, education and oversight from our director of nursing, director of care and our staff physician.
