Hello! My name is Levi Taylor, and I am interested in advancing economic and community development through strategic investment, policy, and cross-sector collaboration. I am particularly focused on how institutions can strengthen local economies, expand access to opportunity, and support sustainable, place-based growth.My experience sits at the intersection of community development, public policy, and institutional strategy. In my current role as a Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Fair Lending Analyst at Horizon Bank, I analyze lending and demographic data to support community investment efforts and ensure alignment with federal regulatory frameworks. My work contributes to how financial institutions engage with and invest in the communities they serve.Previously, at Thomas P. Miller & Associates, I supported cities, counties, nonprofits, and state agencies on economic and community development initiatives, including housing, workforce development, and public program strategy.
