In my role, I serve as a trusted HR partner to engineering VPs and their leadership teams, supporting org health, talent calibration, performance management, and leadership effectiveness. I lead complex employee relations casework (including harassment and performance situations) with precision and empathy, while analyzing engagement and employee satisfaction data to surface actionable insights for senior engineering leadership. I drive cross-functional HR initiatives, from revamping internal processes to partnering with technical teams to improve our HRIS functionality/workflows. On the building side, I\'ve designed and launched a Slack bot that delivers automated weekly employee movement reports to senior leaders, replacing a fully manual process. I\'m championing AI adoption across the HR function by hosting learning sessions on AI trends, enabling teammates on tools like Cursor, and working on developing internal BP tooling to streamline our workflows and boost efficiency.
