Duties/Responsibilities –- Currently running the weekly payroll - To make medical professionals (RGN and HCA) compliant with appropriate framework, therefore facilitating Recruitment Consultants role in fulfilling hospitals nursing requirements- Manage information of nurses who have been registered off-framework but are not yet compliant with a specific framework, coordinating with Admin and recruitment team- Sole responsibility for process of making clients compliant with hospital frameworks: Getting documents – including DBS, necessary immunisations, mandatory training- Liaising with staff from other Divisions – To monitor and evaluate adherence to hospital frameworks, protecting division from exposure to risk- To maintain general understanding of entire client bases documents in relation to frameworks, for purposes of liaising with other departments- Solving clients queries regarding framework compliance- Liaising with other departments to direct client queries to appropriate department and to prioritise clients to make compliant, according to framework and divisions strategic needs- Maintaining working relationships with clients in any interaction – with the aim for gaining more availability from client to facilitate other department’s roles- Management of electronic storage of nurse’s documents.
