Sell approved loan opportunities to private capital investors via proprietary \"Mortgage Marketplace.\"Negotiate with both borrower and lender clients to ensure satisfactory timeframes, loan terms, and execution of investments concerning real property.

In order to accomplish this focus, Levi is responsible for collection of data pertinent to each loan request, and the detailed organization and thorough analysis of the data. Ultimately, the data and the asset valuation are used to formulate, negotiate and define a win-win structure for each respective loan. This structure, which must of course be acceptable to the borrower, must also fit within the framework and the guidelines established by Marshall Reddick so it is safe for the lender, whether that be a direct capital partner or Marshall Reddick Mortgage Fund.
