In his role as Investment Analyst, his primary focus is the valuation of each underlying real property asset utilized by the borrower as collateral for each loan request. In order to accomplish this focus, Levi is responsible for collection of data pertinent to each loan request, and the detailed organization and thorough analysis of the data. Ultimately, the data and the asset valuation are used to formulate, negotiate and define a win-win structure for each respective loan. This structure, which must of course be acceptable to the borrower, must also fit within the framework and the guidelines established by Marshall Reddick so it is safe for the lender, whether that be a direct capital partner or Marshall Reddick Mortgage Fund.
