Throughout my career I have been fortunate to be at the cross roads where these elements exist and great products are realized. Each project faced unique challenges and was achieved in a development process that allowed for creative solutions to ensure a successful launch. The arena of leading an engineering team to innovative designs within a development process is where I thrive.Empowering individuals to make their greatest contributions is the key to achieving an innovative design. The familiar knowledge I possess of each role and maintaining a system level perspective in the development process positions me to amplify the success of my teams. Rolling up my sleeves to help out regardless of the task enables me to lead by example.
