Manage the plant maintenance department including multi-craft technicians, controls technicians, maintenance supervisor, and planner / scheduler. • Responsible for the execution of the plant’s yearly capital plan averaging $2M per year in expenditures. • Uses CAD software and knowledge to design and improve equipment and processes within the plant. • Uses technical expertise and problem-solving tools to troubleshoot equipment related issues in conjunction with engineering on a 24/7 basis. • Manages and improves the plant preventative maintenance program by analyzing failure modes and historical data to implement measures.
