ABOUT LEVI PHELPS
Several military deployments in the intelligence collection and dissemination field of work has fueled my desire to continue serving my country in a federal or local law enforcement capacity (Actively seeking employment opportunities with the DEA). I plan on beginning my transition to a civilian career field this year (2018). I have extensive experience in North Africa and the Middle East. For the past year, I have been a subject matter expert on countering small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS) for the Air Force and recently wrote my Master\'s thesis on the subject. The Special Agent program has always been a goal of mine. I am also interested in employment as a LEO in an intelligence/investigative role. I have extensive Counter Unmanned Aerial Vehicle experience as I am on a JUON as well as a JEON team working to field a C-UAS solution for the DoD. The and similar organizations all spark my interest.(Update) I am currently a Howard County Police Recruit with an anticipated police academy graduation date of October 12th 2018.
