Follow quality standards set by QC leadership and relevant governing bodies (ASME, AWS, TAPPI, API, NBIC).10. Perform NDE tasks (VT, PT, UT thickness) 11. Act as a technical welding resource for sales by reviewing customer opportunities.12. Provide technical support to union craft boilermakers and field personnel.13. Support warehouse activities including equipment repairs, testing, calibrations,fabrication R&D, and general shop duties.14. Demonstrate effective teamwork, communication, and professionalism with all internal and external stakeholders

From MIG welding and SOP design to robotic integration and Gemba coaching I bring the technical know how and the field tested judgment to move the needle.As a former Production Supervisor at Dakota Bodies, I led 25+ welders and technicians while driving improvements in quality, safety, and throughput using a mix of lean tools, automation, and hands on leadership. My background blends traditional welding with modern controls, giving me a unique ability to bridge the gap between the hood and the HMI.Today, I run Aether Arc Advisory, where I partner with fab shops, OEMs, and manufacturers ready to modernize.
