   The Territory Premium Manager is accountable for the financial results of our Magnolia & Pacific Sales departments inside our BestBuy locations within an assigned territory of 75 to 100 store locations. The Territory Premium Manager is also accountable for the consultant & design in home business. The TPM directs the execution of strategies to achieve goals, communicating progress and initiatives to the market leadership team. In collaboration with store general managers, the TPM provides performance management and development of Best Buy Market Managers, General Managers & C&D Managers. Analyze data to understand customer and employee trends, identify new strategies and communicate with business leaders and partners. Lead inspection points related to complex selling by utilizing reporting, leadership cascades and technology adoption. Partner with the sales support team for complex order fulfilment. Support dire-to-customer market leadership by providing targeted plans to close performance gaps. Contribute to a culture where employees and customers feel empowered, valued, safe and included. Encourage innovation and uses ideas from employees to grow the business.
