20 years of experience in the financial, accounting, and controlling areas acquired from multinational companies with assignments in 4 countries (Brazil, Colombia, France and USA), I have honed my skills in the key areas:• People Management: Provide strategic direction, leadership, supervision, and mentoring to finance teams, fostering their growth and development.• Financial Reporting: Elaborate and review of financial statements, including compliance with USGAAP and IFRS standards, reporting using Hyperion tool.• Financial Planning and Analysis: Create and manage Budgets, Forecasts, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements and Business Review.• PoC (Percentage of Completion) accounting method: Elaborate and review work-in-progress contracts.• Project Accounting: Track and manage financial aspects of projects, ensuring cost control, budget adherence, and financial reporting accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.• Working Capital Management: Monitor and ensure current assets are efficiently utilized.
